A READING man has been jailed for the possession with intent to supply class A drugs on Monday, September 12.
Kieran Campbell, aged 32, of Bamburgh Close, was sentenced to four and a half years in prison at Reading Crown Court, following a Thames Valley Police investigation.
Campbell pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled substance of class A, namely cocaine and heroin.
On Wednesday, April 27, officers executed a warrant at Campbell’s home, where they seized 195 wraps of heroin, 68 wraps of crack cocaine, and 131g of uncut cocaine.
The substances had an estimated total value of £19,000.
They also seized phones containing communications linked to the supply of drugs, scales, packaging, and a large quantity of cash.
He was arrested, and charged on the following day.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Aimee Usher, of the Reading Stronghold team, said: “Campbell’s sentencing is just one example of the work we do to proactively and robustly target those who supply illegal drugs on our patch.
“Our activity is both visible and covert, aimed at disrupting and pursuing offenders and bringing them to justice.
