A READING man has been jailed for three years for drug supply offences.
Haider Kayani, aged 21 and of Elm Drive, Reading, was found guilty of one count each of concern in the supply of class A drugs, namely heroin; and concern in the supply of class A drugs, namely crack cocaine, at Reading Crown Court on Thursday, November 28.
Kayani was sentenced to three years in prison at the same hearing, and a forfeiture and destruction of drugs order was put in place.
Kayani was also made to forfeit £1,925 in cash.
A warrant was executed at Kayani’s property on September 19 last year, where he was found in possession of multiple phones, which were used to communicate with drugs lines in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
He was arrested and charged on the same day.
