A READING man has been jailed following an investigation by Thames Valley Police which saw him convicted of drug supply offences.
Matthew Ramsey, aged 49, of Brisbane Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to a count each of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and possession with intent to supply heroin in a hearing at Reading Crown Court on Friday, October 28.
He has been sentenced to three years’ imprisonment.
On Thursday, August 25, Ramsey was searched by officers who found 36 wraps of crack cocaine and 23 wraps of heroin.
He also had two mobile phones and around £400 in cash, which were also seized.
He was arrested and charged with the offences the following day.
