MEMBERS of the Reading Haydn Choir are preparing for their spring concert, which takes place in the run-up to Easter.
The event takes place at St Joseph’s College on Upper Redlands Road on Sunday, March 17, from 7.30pm.
The programme includes two versions of Stabat Mater. The first was composed in 1736 by Pergolesi, while the second was created in 2008 by Karl Jenkins.
They will be joined by a professional orchestra and a soloist.
Tickets are £15, or £5 for under 19s.
