The Reading Geek Night monthly meetup is to take place next week in the town centre.
The event is for anyone interested in science, technology, design, and geekery, offering an evening of talks, networking, and beers.
The usual format includes gathering at 7pm, talks at 7.30pm, followed by time for networking and beer.
The upcoming event will feature a talk by Petronela Proteasa titled AI – my boss or my co-worker., In it, she will discuss the role of AI in recruitment, performance reviews, and dismissals.
It will be held on Tuesday, 11 April 2023, at Zerodegrees in Gun Street, Reading.
