Reading FC will prepare for the upcoming League One campaign by hosting both Swindon Town and Oxford United.
However, fans won’t have the chance to watch their side play as both games will take place behind closed doors at Bearwood Park training ground.
Noel Hunt’s team will host Swindon on Tuesday, July 15 and then play against Championship Oxford United the following Tuesday.
However, fans will be able to witness their side in action when they travel to face League Two Gillingham at the Priestfield Stadium on Saturday, July 12.
Reading will also play host to Championship Portsmouth on Saturday, July 26 with more friendlies expected to be announced soon.
