Reading FC owner Dai Yongge has reportedly agreed a deal to sell Bearwood Park training ground to Wycombe Wanderers FC.

Reports of a deal come just days after Dai Yongge released a statement via Reading FC’s official channels stating that he was ‘open’ to offers regarding the sale of Bearwood Park.

According to The Athletic, Yongge has agreed to sell Bearwood Park to Wycombe Wanderers.

The Royals made the move from previous training ground Hogwood to Bearwood Park in the 2019/20 season, with the development of Bearwood costing more than £50million.

Reports have suggested that Bearwood will be sold to Wycombe for around half of that price.

The club is currently facing a shortfall for this month which has seen fans raise thousands to donate to the club in the way of ticket sales.
