Reading FC has launched a new, upgraded ticketing platform designed to give supporters a smoother and more flexible way to buy match tickets and manage their accounts.

The club confirmed that the new system, hosted at tickets.readingfc.co.uk, replaces the previous ticketing website and is now live for fans to use with their existing login details.

A club spokesman said the changes form part of a wider project to enhance ticketing services across the club’s operations, with an emphasis on improved functionality and ease of use for supporters.

Supporters were advised that during the final stages of the transition, some loyalty points might not be displayed on accounts temporarily after midday while updates completed, but the club stressed there was no cause for concern, and all points would reappear once processing finishes.

The club has also published a Frequently Asked Questions section to help fans navigate the new system and get guidance on logging in, purchasing tickets and managing their accounts.

Earlier in the week, ticket sales were briefly paused while the club switched over to the new platform. During this period, supporters were encouraged to contact the Ticket Office by phone or email with enquiries.

Reading’s ticketing team also maintained in-person and phone support during the transition, ensuring fans could still access help and information about fixtures.

In a statement, the club thanked supporters for their patience and understanding during the upgrade, emphasising its commitment to delivering an “improved, more flexible experience” for all who attend matches at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.
