Reading FC forward Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan has been given an ultimatum over his future at the club with a new contract offer on the table.
Ehibhatiomhan is currently still training with the first-team despite being out of contract after his last deal expired last month.
Reading have offered him new terms but have yet to find an agreement with the player who would be available to move away from the club as a free agent.
The club have had mixed fortunes with the senior players who were offered new deals at the end of the season.
Lewis Wing extended his deal, while club captain Andy Yiadom, Joel Pereira, Tivonge Rushesha and Jeriel Dorsett all signed new contracts.
However, Michael Craig, Jayden Wareham and Amadou Mbengue rejected new contracts and decided to move away from Reading.
Meanwhile, Ehibhatiomhan is yet to decide whether he will stay at Reading or sign for a new club.
Speaking to Royals TV after Reading’s pre-season game with Gillingham, manager Noel Hunt said: “Kelvin E we spoke to again, he’s been in training but we’ve gave him the weekend to make up his mind and what he wants to do.
“If he wants to be with us he comes with us, if he doesn’t no problem we’ll move on.”
