Reading FC defender Tyler Bindon has been linked with several clubs in England as the Royals prepare for the upcoming January transfer window.
It will come as no shock to Reading supporters that a number of their players will be on shopping lists of other clubs due to the financial situation.
Last January saw Reading sell Tom McIntyre, Tom Holmes, Nelson Abbey and Caylan Vickers for relatively modest fees.
Bindon is the latest to be linked away with the club in desperate need to raise cash while Dai Yongge continues to delay a sale.
After impressing on trial from Los Angeles FC, Reading made the decision to sign Bindon on a free transfer in 2023 on a two-year deal.
Originally planning to use Bindon in the under 21s, he was fasttracked to the first-team after some excellent performances in the EFL Trophy.
He has developed into one of the most promising defenders in the division which has now caught the attention of several clubs in the Championship and beyond.
Still only 19-year-old, Bindon has already played 58 times for the Royals and also has 13 international caps for New Zealand.
Coventry City, Watford, Norwich City and Stoke City have all been linked with the centre-back, while Arsenal have previously sent scouts to watch the player.
