A BUSINESSWOMAN in Reading has been named a finalist in the Creative Industry category at the 2025 Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAS) – the UK’s largest celebration of female entrepreneurship.

Recognised for her distinctive approach to biophilic design, Nicla Diceglie, founder of Nicla D. Interiors, has made this year’s final, set to take place in September.

With her style, she aims to turn interiors into vibrant, nature-connected spaces that boost wellbeing through bold use of colour, texture, and natural elements.

Finalists will now take part in interviews, a public vote, and a national media campaign before the winners are revealed at the glittering ceremony in Blackpool’s iconic Winter Gardens on Friday, September 26.

They’ll also be invited to an exclusive House of Commons Reception to meet with key industry leaders and changemakers.

Now in their 14th year, the EVAs honour women who are not only building brilliant businesses, but also inspiring change, opportunity, and ambition across their industries and communities. This year’s 146 finalists span every corner of the UK and include a growing number of high-turnover, high-impact female-led ventures.
