READING Buses is re-introducing free breakfasts on-board one of its services.
The company has announced the return of breakfast offerings to passengers on the Aqua 28 service running between Henley and Reading.
As students return to Henley College, Reading Buses will distribute free breakfast bags containing an assortment of snacks such as chocolate croissants, cereals bars, and fruit juice.
Passengers will be able to collect their bags from the service from today (Tuesday, September 10).
The Aqua 28 runs half-hourly from Monday-Saturday and every hour on Sundays, with up to five journies per day diverting to Binfield Heath and Dunsden Green.
Robert Williams, Reading Buses Chief Executive Officer, said: “We thought it would be a nice treat for the College students and other bus users to repeat our popular bus breakfast activity from the first day of service.
“We are now the only operator running direct between Henley and Reading meaning aqua 28 is the easiest way between the two towns – and all for just £2 each way.”
