THAMES Valley Police has reopened an appeal for help from the public regarding an assault which took place in Reading.
Between 12.45am and 1.15am on Sunday, April 10, a large-scale disorder involving a group of men and women at a bus stop near to the White Eagle Pub, Oxford Road.
The group of men and women was described as white, and with ages ranging from early 20s to late 30s.
As a result of the incident, a 38-year-old man sustained serious injuries, leading to him being in a coma for a significant period of time.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Grace Dooey said: “It has come to Thames Valley Police’s attention that there is a video circulating of the assault that could provide vital evidence in our investigation and we are asking that anybody in possession of this video comes forward.
“We are also asking any witnesses to the incident who have not come forward to the police to please do so.
