A GYM could be added to a retail park in Reading if plans are approved.
Sorbon Estates has applied to build a new 1,780 sq m gym over two floors at its Reading Link Retail Park site.
Designs show the gym having a ground floor and mezzanine level, with a planning document stating that they would like it to open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The building would lead to the loss of approximately 47 car parking spaces – 242 spaces would be left.
The retail park is also home to Home Bargains, Matalan, The Food Warehouse, a sports bike shop and Bensons for Beds. The gym building would be situated near the BP garage.
