A new luxury estate agency has launched, covering Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey.

Grace Green is a new boutique estate agency ‘dedicated to creating extraordinary marketing for extraordinary homes’ – providing homeowners with not only premium service, but premium marketing, too.

Grace, founder and managing director of the Sherfield on Loddon business, said: “We believe home sellers deserve so much more than the current standard offered on the high street.

“On average, homes that have been professionally presented sell for around 8% more than those that haven’t, so combined with lifestyle photography, a 4K presenter-led home and grounds video tour, personalised social media campaigns and a beautiful magazine-style brochure, we are dedicated to not only selling your home to the very best buyer, but also for the very best price.”

She added that traditional ‘high end’ brands trade off their names and networks, but as technology and client expectations are rapidly changing, their marketing practices are getting left behind.

“We think exceptional homes deserve the very best marketing that the industry can offer, which is why I use a team of exceptionally talented interiors photographers, videographers hired not only to sell luxury homes but also luxury hotels, wedding venues and resorts.

“I personally stage every property with extra soft furnishings, floristry and lifestyle styling, to highlight the unique features and lifestyle opportunities each property offers.

“All these services are standard – no optional extras or hidden costs.”

Popular in the U.S, staging techniques focus on improving a property’s appeal by emphasising the lifestyle buyers can expect when they move in.

In staging your home for sale, you are communicating the best features it offers to a buyer, therefore increasing your chances of selling quickly and for the very best price.

Grace added: “Everyone has a uniquely personal reason for moving home, and we take that really seriously.

“Unlike corporate estate agencies, we make a promise to our clients to only deal with a select number of homes at any one time.

“We’re not targeted on volume listings or price reductions, and are solely dedicated to achieving the best price for our clients, so they can move forward with their lives. We can adapt our marketing, try new strategies and dedicate as much time as is required to maximise the exposure of our clients’ homes.”

With a decade of experience working for regional estate agencies including

Romans, WhiteKnights and Stowhill Estates, Grace and her team pride themselves on a

personal approach to client service.
