A man in his late teens from Reading has died after being involved in a road traffic collision in Reading.
The incident took place at around 11:40pm on Monday, July 7th at the junction of Island Road and Lindisfame Way where a red Yamaha motorcycle and black Ford Galaxy were involved in a collision.
A 38-year-old man from Reading has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and drug driving over the specified limit.
The motorcyclist was given emergency medical treatment, but sadly died at the scene.
Thames Valley Police are now appealing to anyone who saw the collision to get in contact.
They are also asking anyone who was driving in the area at that time to check their dash-cam footage.
