A READING man has been jailed for two years for drug dealing offences.
Twenty-year-old Henry Templeton, of De Montford Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A, namely crack cocaine and heroin, at Reading Crown Court on Friday, October 31.
Templeton was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment at the same hearing.
It comes after, at around 12.30pm on March 31, officers detained Templeton for a search under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act on Kategrove Lane.
Officers discovered eight wraps of crack cocaine and 22 wraps of heroin alongside cash and an iPhone in Templeton’s possession during the course of the search.
A further search was conducted at Templeton’s home, where officers found drug paraphernalia that contained traces of cocaine and heroin.
Templeton was then charged in July.
