A MAN has been charged with burglary offences in Tilehurst following a Thames Valley Police investigation.
Michael McNamara, aged 34 and of no fixed abode, was charged with four counts of burglary and a further count each of robbery, possession of a bladed article, and threatening someone with a knife, on Saturday, October 26.
It follows a number of incidents which took place in Tilehurst between October 8-25.
McNamara was arrested on Friday, October 25, and appeared before Reading Magistrates Court on Monday, October 28.
He was remanded in custody and is now set to appear at Reading Crown Court on 25 November.
