ROADS in Reading are facing considerable disruption near Whitley.
The AA is reporting that there are queues and heavy traffic around Junction 11 which is causing significant delay.
Queues are building along the A33 Basingstoke Road in both directions around the M4 roundabout, as well as on the B3031 and both exits from the M4.
It follows reports of a broken down vehicle around an hour ago.
