We wish to appoint dynamic, strategic thinking phase leaders who have the energy and drive to work with our leadership team across the Federation.
The persons appointed will be part of the Leadership Team and will also lead a core curriculum area dependent on candidate’s strengths. You will be an experienced and creative practitioner who has a real passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to developing the whole child. You will also have the ability to lead and develop other staff.
The successful candidate will have:
- a record of exemplary practice
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- the drive to initiate and manage change within the school
- a strong commitment to raising standards through working with parents and the community
- the enthusiasm to motivate and inspire children and staff.
- a real desire to collaborate and develop professionally.
- the ability to lead a whole school area of responsibility
