READING’S town centre saw some prehistoric pals pop up in shops and shopping malls thanks to BrickLive.

Thirteen Cretaceous critters and two interactive exhibits have been built brick by brick in spots across Reading, including Velociraptors in both the Oracle and Broad Street Mall.

Each of them also features an information sheet about the models and the dinosaurs they’re based on.

Residents can find maps which will help them locate and identify the hand-built model dinosaurs, including Ankylosaurs, Diplocauluses, Pteranodons, and Dimetrodons.

There are also two selfie zones where participants can take pictures inside the mouth of a Megalosaur or as explorers.

The dinosaurs were unveiled on Saturday as part of a collaboration between REDA, the Reading Business Improvement District, Broad Street Mall, and the Oracle, with BrickLive.
