Bucklebury Farm is holding a Jubilee Farm Festival all weekend, with circus performance, music, and arts and crafts joining the usual farm activities, such as tractor rides and feeding the deer.

Jubilee Proclamation: 1.30pm – Reading Minster
A half-hour peel of the Reading Minster bells will be rung in, led by Stephen Rossiter.
At 2pm, the town crier will make the Jubilee proclamation, declaring the lighting of the beacons, which will take place later in the evening.
Attendees are then invited to tea and cake in Reading Minster after the proclamation.
The event will be attended by the Bishop of Reading.
The Beacon Lighting Ceremony: 9pm – The Abbey Ruins
1,500 beacons will be lit across the country in recognition of the Queen’s service.
The event will also feature music from the Reading Scottish Pipe Band and Reading Male Voice Choir.
Please note this is a free event but ticketed due to the limited spaces available.
