Reading Waterfest: 11am-5pm – The Abbey Ruins, Forbury Gardens
Reading’s flagship event for the jubilee weekend, which will see workshops, artists, performers, stalls, and charities making waves at one of our most historic venues.
Music and dance will be provided by, among others, Readiophonics, an a capella singing group, Prolisok, a London-based Ukrainian dance troupe, and Limpopo Grove, who provide upbeat afro-fusion.
Arts charity Jelly will also be holding a number of workshops through the day, offering an insight into the techniques and processes of four different artists.
The event also sees decorated boats, street food, and charity stalls, with entertainment running all day.
