THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident of indecent exposure in Reading.

At around 8.40am on Thursday, September 18, a man was seen exposing himself at the bus stop going towards Henley at the Playhatch Garden Centre, Henley Road.

The man was seen singing and talking loudly while riding the Aqua 28 Reading Blue Bus, before alighting the bus and exposing himself.

He also urinated on the side of the road.

The offender is described as a white man aged in his late fifties with grey thinning hair.

He was wearing slide on trainers, blue jogging bottoms and a cross-body bag.

Investigating officer PC Henry North said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this incident or may have information that could assist in our investigation to contact Thames Valley Police.

“Anyone with information can call 101 or make report via our website, quoting reference number 43250477159.

“Alternatively, for anonymity, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

“All reports of exposure offences are dealt with seriously and robustly by police. If you witness an indecent exposure, you should call us immediately on 999.”
