Inner Wheel member Dorothy Simpson said: “All the clothes on the catwalk were donated to The Cowshed, and so were all pre-owned.
“And the models were mainly our club members, with the welcome addition of two granddaughters.”

The audience was able to enjoy not only a night of haute couture, but also supper with wine provided on the tables.
“All the outfits we modelled were available to buy through a bidding system, as well other outfits brought to the event by The Cowshed,” said Dorothy.
“It was a very popular event.
“We even had a waiting list of people wanting to come.”
The fashion show night is expected to have made around £1,000, with all profits going to The Cowshed.
