South Central Women’s North Division 3

SOUTH BERKSHIRE 3s remain at the bottom of the table with just a point after their home loss to YATELEY 1s.

The 3-0 away triumph for Yateley means that they sit in third position in the table having won four of their last five matches to put them on 42 points from 19 games.

Meanwhile, South Berks have picked up just one point from 18 games.

SOUTH BERKSHIRE picked up an astonishing away win by hitting 10 goals past Staines.

South Berks were in fine scoring form which saw Alex Sykes net four times, Robert Badley bag a hat-trick, Ravi Patel score a brace and a goal from Jack Baveystock to consolidate an impressive 10-4 victory.

The win means that South Berks remain in second with 12 wins from 19 games to continue their excellent league form.

South Central Women’s North Division 1

READING continued their hunt to be named as league champions with a narrow win over Staines 1s.

The 3-2 win means that Reading have a seven point lead over South Berks having picked up their 16th victory in 20 matches.

SOUTH BERKSHIRE maintained their strong form with a home success against Amersham & Chalfont 2s.

Yellie Powley, Jemima Simpson and Anabella Pio were on the scoresheet to help South Berks to a 3-0 win.

They are in second place on 42 points, only trailing league leaders Reading 3s by seven points having played one match fewer.
