OFFICES that were once used by Thames Water face demolition so three new buildings can be created.
The buildings at Rose Kiln Court, off Rose Kiln Lane, would be for one occupant on one unit, a second unit with four commercial premises, and the final unit have three commercial premises.
Thames Water left the site in October 2020.
The building was the subject of two plans (refs 211138 and 211148) to convert it into flats which were considered permitted development. It is understood that neither of these have been carried forward.
The application can be viewed by logging on to Reading Borough Council’s planning website and searching for 230826.
