A former Reading FC star could be set to have his loan deal at a Championship club terminated in the upcoming January transfer window.
Tyler Bindon burst onto the scene at Reading after arriving in 2023 after signing from Los Angeles FC.
Two exceptional campaigns in the Reading first-team saw him win the attention of plenty of top clubs around England and he eventually made the move to Premier League side Nottingham Forest last January before returning to the Royals on loan for the remainder of the 2024/25 campaign.
With Forest wanting the centre-back to get more experience playing first-team football he was sent out on loan to Sheffield United, then managed by former Reading boss Ruben Selles.
The Blades were expected to be one of the favourites to challenge for promotion having lost out in the play-off final the previous season.
However, a disastrous short stint for Selles him lose all five of his Championship matches and he was sacked while Chris WIlder was reappointed.
Bindon played in four Championship matches under Selles, but is yet to make an appearance under Wilder with his Shefifeld United future now in jeopardy.
According to reports, Wilder wants to terminate his loan deal and send him back to Nottingham Forest where he likely to be sent out on loan to another team.
Wilder also reportedly wants to terminate the loan deals of Louie Barry and Ben Godfrey with the Blades in a battle for Championship survival.
Sheffield United are currently second bottom in the division, only ahead of city rivals Sheffield Wednesday, who were hit by a points deduction.
