IF you need a bit of colour in your life then sign up now to take part in a special fun run.

The First Days Children’s Charity Colour event is a 2.5km course where you can walk, run, dance, crawl or hop to the finish.

Along the way, there are four colour stations where you will emerge a different tone to the one you started with thanks to hidden colour ninjas.

They shower runners with paint between their shoulders and feet as they pass all in a good cause.

First Days Children’s Charity help reduce the effects of poverty on children by equipping them with essential items.

The Colour Run takes place at Reading’s Prospect Park starting at Liebenrood Road on Sunday, May 14. For more details and how to enter, go to: https://www.firstdays.net
