THE Easter bunny came into Emmer Green on two wheels.
Kind-hearted bikers once again rode around on Good Friday to deliver some Easter joy, thanks to the Thames Vale Vultures egg run.
The annual event saw hundreds of riders – known as egglets – go from Stadium Way in Tilehurst to Abbey RFC in Emmer Green, via Pangbourne, Whitchurch Hill, Sonning Common, and Kidmore End.
Hundreds of people lined the streets to cheer the riders on, some of whom were wearing fancy dress.
When they arrived at the rugby club, they dropped in chocolate treats which were paired with donations collected by Pinewood Bar and Cafe in Wokingham Without. #
In all, 2,030 eggs were collected and distributed to disadvantaged children across Berkshire in time for Easter Sunday.
