The opening of a new Italian restaurant in Reading town centre has been delayed.

Coco di Mama is taking over the former Early Learning Centre store close to Coffee Corner. It had planned to open in November, but its owners, the Azzurri Group, has applied for permission to install a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system to the rear of the unit.

The plan can be seen on Reading Borough Council’s planning portal, searching for application 221828.
