Cosy Club has unveiled the exciting new chapter in its evolution with the grand opening of Cosy Club Reading.
Situated in the heart of the town, at the entrance to The Oracle from Gun Street, the former Lakeland store has been transformed into what they describe as a fabulously glamorous venue where relaxed all-day dining meets opulent design.
Boasting a ground floor bar, lower ground floor restaurant and an intimate private dining room, Cosy Club Reading is primed and ready to be the new go-to venue for everything from brunch dates and business lunches to cocktail parties and extra special celebrations.
Once through the doors guests are transported through eras of timeless elegance and occasion with cinematic-inspired interiors with 1970s and ‘80s glamour.
Cosy Club’s creative team, headed up by award-winning designer and winner of BBC’s Interior Design Masters Cassie Nicholas, has been working with artisans and manufacturers producing bespoke carpets, wallpapers, lighting, seating, and fabrics. Even the fixtures in the bathrooms have been designed and produced to a bespoke colourway, unique to Cosy Club.
Continuing the transformation in the kitchen is a newly elevated menu of modern British classics and Cosy Club specials created in collaboration with award-winning chef and TV personality John Hooker, in partnership with premium suppliers such as renowned Aubrey Allen family butchers.
Lucy Knowles, Managing Director, Cosy Club says: “It’s curtain up…Cosy Club Reading is open and ready to welcome those looking for a warm, cosy and uniquely fabulous experience. I’m incredibly proud of what our team has achieved here – a beautiful space where our guests can come together to eat, drink and celebrate in stunning surroundings.
“Cosy Club Reading is the new perfect place for picture perfect brunches, long leisurely lunches, romantic dates and late nights with mates all under one roof, so something for everyone…not to mention the best cocktails in town!”
