A KENTISH man – or a man of Kent, depending on where he lives in the Garden of England – will be the special guest at Readifolk this weekend.
Conor ‘Conker’ Reynolds is visiting the folk club to perform a blend of original tunes and traditional songs.
One of his passions is the tin whistle, and another is the diatonic button accordion. He also writes his own compositions, intending to showcase new perspectives in the music.
The event takes place from 8pm on Sunday, January 21, in the community hall at Watlington House, in Reading’s Watlington Street.
Entry is £8, and is cash only on the door.
