First-team coach James Oliver-Pearce sent a farewell message to the Reading FC fans after he decided to leave the club alongside Ruben Selles.
Selles, along with coaches Oliver-Pearce and Tobias Loveland, signed for Championship side Hull City on Friday
Oliver-Pearce was first brought to Reading in July 2022 as part of Paul Ince’s coaching set-up,
Oliver-Pearce was persuaded to join Reading by former head of football operations Mark Bowen after the coach impressed Bowen during their time together at AFC Wimbledon.
Taking to Twitter, formerly known as X, Oliver-Pearce said: “A big thank you to everyone connected with @ReadingFC for my time at time at the club The last year has shown me what a group of people who pull together can really achieve! Football is nothing without fans so thank you for all of your amazing support!!
