FOLLOWING the success of the Climate Fresk workshop in June as part of Reading Climate Festival, ONE Station Hill has announced the return of the event.
Residents of Reading avae been invited to learn about climate change, and the meaningful actions local communities can action to make a difference, and take part in the Fresk.
Hosted by Paul Cooper, a strategy and operations leader in the field of sustainable impact, Climate Fresk is an interactive card game and workshop that helps explore the science behind climate change while providing a space to share and discover practical ideas for action.
Station Hill has explained the vent is part of the project’s continued dedication to playing a key role in achieving the town’s carbon neutral by 2030 targets.
Rachelle Bownes, General Manager at Station Hill, said: “Sustainability is at the forefront of the Station Hill development; from the excellent energy efficient credentials of ONE Station Hill to the carbon neutral homes at Ebb&Flow apartments.
“We recognise that education will play a key role in supporting Reading Borough Council with its environmental goals, and we are pleased to be able to offer residents another instalment of Climate Fresk as part of this.”
Climate Fresk returns to ONE Station Hill on Tuesday, September 9, from 6pm.
