FRIENDS of Clayfield Copse is holding an event to help residents get in touch with nature.
The Friends invite members of the public to take part in a Meadow Day, where they can take part in a guided walk and find out about conservation in the area.
They’ll get a chance to see the many orchids and wildflowers in the copse, as well as the many pollinating species and see an introduction to the regeneration area.
The Meadow Day takes place on Sunday, July 2, guided walk starting from 11am, with an information tent open from 10am-1pm.
