A NEW family fun session has been launched at Reading’s leisure centres giving children the chance to swim for £1.
Better, which operates Reading Borough Council’s pools including Palmer Park and Rivermead, is running the daily sessions for under 16s.
To take part, sessions need to start before 10am, and is subject to availability and capacity limits.
There will be floats, sinkers and other water toys available.
The offer carries on when children return to school in the new year, but only on Saturdays and Sundays.
Better says that booking is recommended due to demand.
