A CAR has overturned near the Reading Festival site.
The black car is currently on its side within the width restriction at the junction between Cow Lane, Portman Road, and Beresford Road, blocking access to Beresford Road
It is causing only minor disruption to traffic, and access to Cow Lane is still possible from Portman Road.
No other vehicles appear to have been involved.
Emergency services were yet to arrive on the scene as of around 7pm on Thursday, August 24.
