A YOUTH drama group is holding auditions on Sunday, July 16, for an upcoming performance.

Berzerk Productions is encouraging budding actors aged from 8-18 to try for a part in Shrek Jr The Musical, with the group boasting “high quality drama coaching in a fun, safe and inspiring environment”.

Described as a hilarious, heart-warming and classic tale, the performances will take place from December 14-17, at Oakwood Centre, Woodley.

Successful candidates will have to attend rehearsals, which take place on Sundays from 12.45pm-4pm from September to December, as well as the autumn half-term week starting October 23.

The auditions take place from 9.45am-2pm at St Anne’s Catholic School, and a £5 fee will be payable on the day.
