A SITE in Reading is throwing open the doors for tours and art exhibitions this weekend.
Brock Keep, next to Brock Barracks on Oxford Road, is hosting tours of the site as well as becoming the temporary home to a number of art pieces.

It is one of the few such buildings which has not been demolished or converted, having been in used as an exhibition space since 1980.
As part of the Heritage Open Days series of events, OpenHand OpenSpace is exhibiting works by a number of artists at the site.
Works from Maria Bagnoli, Susan Cunningham, Andrea Gallo, Ivilina Kouneva, and Philip Newcombe will be on display alongside those by studio artists Maria Bagnoli, Susan Cunningham, Andrea Gallo, Ivilina Kouneva, and Philip Newcombe.
Brock Keep is open from 11am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday, September 14-15.
Attendance is free to both the tour and the exhibition, with no sign-up required.
