HEALTHCARE staff are on the road to helping children with speech problems.
A special bus with a crop of top docs is heading to Reading on a county wide tour.
They will advise how to help young people with speech and language needs such as autism, cleft palate and bilingualism.
The team from Berkshire NHS will also offer workshops for parents, carers and those working in early year settings.
Helen Wilson, a speech and language therapist said: “Taking our service on the road enables us to reach as many people as possible and it works alongside our usual monthly online workshops.”
The health bus will be outside Reading’s Morrisons store on Basingstoke Road on Wednesday, September 20 from 9am to noon.
