A 22-year-old man has been jailed for more than five years after admitting drug supply, robbery and weapons offences in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
Tishenne Cripps, of White Paddock in Maidenhead, was sentenced to five years and three months in prison at Reading Crown Court on Monday.
Thames Valley Police said Cripps pleaded guilty to robbery, three counts of possessing a weapon in a private place, possession of criminal property, two counts of possession with intent to supply cannabis, and one count of possession with intent to supply cocaine.
The court heard that on 18 October 2024, the victim was riding a Surron scrambler bike to meet a friend near Manor Green School on Cannon Lane in Maidenhead.
Police said the victim was followed by a vehicle onto the school grounds, where Cripps got out of the car, threatened him with a knife and stole the bike.
Cripps was identified as a suspect shortly afterwards and was arrested at his home the following day.
Officers searching the property found a large quantity of cash, knives, and both class A and class B drugs, Thames Valley Police said.
Following the investigation, Cripps was charged and later pleaded guilty to all offences.
Detective Constable Peter Hindley, from Thames Valley Police’s Priority Crime Team in Maidenhead, said drug supply caused “real harm” to communities.
“It exploits vulnerable people and fuels further criminality,” he said.
“This operation shows our commitment to tackling those who deal drugs and ensuring offenders like Cripps are brought to justice. We will continue to disrupt criminal networks and protect the public.”
