A FAST-FOOD restaurant will overhaul signs at its Oxford Road branch after permission has been granted by Reading Borough Council.
KFC, which specialises in fried chicken, will install the new signs and advertising boards at its Reading Retail Park branch.
They will be on the building and include artwork featuring the company’s mascot, based on founder Colonel Saunders, and some chicken.
The company has a second application pending. This would see staff parking spaces replaced with an additional lane for its drive through facility.
Both applications can be seen on Reading Borough Council’s planning website.
The signs’ reference number is 220073, and the drive through is 220072.
