The event will be hosted by prolific poet and author AF Harrold, who returns to the duties after organising the event for a number of years previously.
Harrold has authored a number of works for children, the latest of which is The Worlds We Leave Behind, and one of which, The Imaginary, was adapted into a feature-length animation by Japan’s Studio Ponoc.
The event also features open mic performances from attendees and is organised by Reading Stanza.
Poets’ Cafe takes place at South Street Arts Centre from 8pm on Friday, December 13.
