THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision which left a pedestrian with serious injuries in Reading.
At around 5pm on Sunday, January 21, a blue Skoda left the A329 northbound and turned left into Chatham Street from the roundabout.
It was then involved in a collision with a pedestrian as they were using the pedestrian crossing.
A man in his sixties suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital undergoing treatment.
PC Benjamin Taylor, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this collision, which has left a man with serious injuries, to please come forward.
“Also, if you were driving in the area around the time of the collision and have a dash-cam, please check your recording in case it has captured something that could assist us and get in touch if you have. You can send us footage directly via this dedicated online portal.
