Southern Region Women’s Premier

ASCOT UNITED made it five wins from six as they continued their unbeaten streak at the top of the table.

Sarah Leonard netted the only goal of the game to give the Yellas three points in their contest with Warminster Town.

Ascot have a five point over closest challengers Bournemouth Sports.

Southern Region Women’s Division One North

EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA remain without a point in the league after they lost 4-1 at Chesham United Development.

Thames Valley Women’s Division One

TILEHURST PANTHERS put on an attacking masterclass in their victory over Carterton.

Panthers hit 11 goals past their opponents in an astonishing 11-1 win as they maintained their 100% start to the league campaign.

Tilehurst sit in third place on 15 points with two games in hand on second placed Ruislip who they trail by three points, and three points behind league leaders Slough Town with a game in hand.

Tilehurst manager Rob Page said: “A closer game than the scoreline suggests, although 5 goals in a 15 minute spell in the first half ended the match as a contest.

That said, the team played well and maintain their 100% league record, for now”

WARGRAVE lost at home to Larkspur in a 3-2 game. The results leaves them in seventh on nine points from seven matches.

TVWC Cup

CAVERSHAM AFC moved through to the next round with a convincing 5-1 win against Barton United.

S4K LADIES got through with a penalty shootout success away to Headington.

The game was drawn 3-3 after 90 minutes before the Fawkes won 3-1 on penalties.

FINCHAMPSTEAD stormed through with an exceptional 10-2 win over Summertown Stars.

Lauren Smaje scored a hat-trick, there were doubles for Chloe Bagshaw, Amy Scott and Lauren Gotting and Lauren Bagshaw also scored.

Thames Valley Women’s Development

BERKS COUNTY scored five times without reply in their away success at Marlow Town.

A Kiah Owen brace and goals from Lydia Farruggio, Emma Gaywood and Amber Riddle helped the Swords to their big win.

County are second in the table having won six of their eight league matches.

WOKINGHAM & EMMBROOK lost 3-0 against Rotherfied United with all goals coming in the first-half which leaves the Sumas in seventh.
