THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses or footage of an assault that took place in Reading.
Police have released images of the man after an incident occurred at around 9.10pm on Saturday, September 9, near the White Eagle Pub on Reading’s Oxford Road.
During the incident, a man was involved in an altercation and sustained head injuries, and he remains in hospital in a serious condition.

A 44-year-old man from Reading has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent, who remains in police custody.
A number of officers are still in attendance at The White Eagle, which has been cordoned off, after reports that they arrived at the venue late last night.
Investigating officer Detective Inspector Beverley Pearse said: “We would like to appeal to anyone who witnessed this assault or was driving through the area at the time and may have dash-cam footage to come forward.
