A WELLBEING day will take place in Southcote tomorrow, featuring a range of local groups.
Taking place on Saturday, March 19, from 2pm to 4pm, there will be stalls from organisations such as Citizens Advice Reading, Reading Voluntary Action, Berkshire Vision and Southcote Alive.
The stalls will provide information, advice, and support.
This includes details of courses available from Reading Borough Council’s New Directions adult education college, advice from the Brighter Futures For Children team and youth services, and details about welfare rights.
And there will also be a range of support that can help tackle underlying causes of stress and isolation.
As part of the day, there will be demonstrations and refreshments.
Entry is free, and it takes place at South Community Hub in Coronation Square.
