A FINANCIAL services firm has made Bracknell its headquarters, with a move into the Maxis business park.
Evelyn Partners, an integrated wealth management and professional services group, has let 23,800 sq ft of fitted office space in the Maxis 2 building. But it isn’t moving far – the 210-strong workforce were already working on the business park.
The new space has desks that can be used by people sitting or standing, as well as 30 meeting rooms, several collaboration stations, and two on-site cafes.
Sonia Baldock, facilities director at Evelyn Partners, said: “Agreeing terms for our new Bracknell office demonstrates our commitment to continue investing in modern working environments for staff and convenient locations for our clients to meet with their advisers.
“Maxis is well-connected by both rail and road and its environmental sustainability credentials support our work towards net zero greenhouse gas emissions in our corporate operational footprint. We are looking forward to welcoming our colleagues and clients to the new office.”
Maxis is managed by Frasers Property, and its senior asset manager, Chris Stevens, said: “We’re delighted to welcome another leading brand to Maxis.
“Offering fully fitted offices, excellent sustainability credentials and the opportunity to join a community of like-minded businesses, Maxis was an obvious choice for Evelyn Partners and we’re looking forward to helping their business thrive in its new home.”
