A COMMUNITY group will hold its annual conference at Hilton Reading on Sunday, July 16.
Utulivu Women’s Group is set to welcome members and visitors to its meeting, entitled ‘My Voice: My Health, My Wealth and Well-being’, which will look to empower women to lead healthy, happy and successful lives.
The event’s strapline ‘It’s all about building resilience’ will be achieved through guest speaker talks, workshops and conversations with other attendees.
The conference is co-organised and supported by Reading’s Alliance for cohesion and racial equality (ACRE).
Utulivu works with women and girls to ensure communities remain safe, healthy and productive.
Tickets are £20 and includes lunch. Visitors must register prior to the event.
The event runs from 1.30pm-6pm.
